There have been several reports of this incident on the internet that describes Medvedev speaking to a reporter off camera and mentioning Top Secret files on the ET phenomena. I was not able to find the audio files, but instead I found actual video of the incident.

In the video, the Russian Prime Minister clearly acknowledges the existence of extraterrestrials. Yes, he does make a joke about the MIB film when asked how many there are, but to me he is trying to make light of the very taboo subject. It will be interesting to see how this event plays out. Will it fall off the radar or will it actually lead to more government disclosure? Or, will it lead to a false flag invasion? Will the people accept the reality of ETs in a peaceful manner or react with fear and disgust?

Caretakers Of Earth was developed with the clear understanding that we are not alone and that humanity would soon confront this reality. What we, as a people must face is the fact that we have been deceived all along. The real history of the human race has been scattered, twisted, and distorted just as much as our gene code. There have been beings visiting the earth far longer than we ever imagined. Some have peaceful agendas, and others do not. And in all honesty, we wouldn’t recognize an ET if it was standing right in front of us.  To this day certain groups have been intruding on our freedom to live in peace, to live as a fully conscious, fully activated human race.

Even though it seems we are just scratching the surface of discovering who these beings are and our relation to them, we are really just remembering what we have been made to forget and disbelieve. Consider that the time of Atlantis and Lemuria were not myths, but real. Consider that humans have the ability to use their energies to manifest amazing things, and that ESP and psychic skills are something we are all born with. Now, consider the world we live in today; that we are born without any memory of our past lives; that we are taught about God and enlightenment, but kill others who do not accept our belief system; that we are swayed to be equally divided on political issues; and most importantly, once we are thoroughly confused, yet, perfectly comfortable, we are gradually poisoned by the water we drink, the food we eat, the air we breath. Make no mistake about it. We are being doped and duped, and it’s time to wake up!
